What is your returns policy?
Dust N Diesel offer returns on all full priced items within 28 days of delivery for an online credit with no expiry. The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached with proof of purchase provided (proof of purchase can be your order number, or your invoice received with your order).
Dust N Diesel have the right to reject a return if they do not meet the above conditions. In this instance, we will contact you and organise to send back the return.
Sale items and accessories (key-rings) are not eligible for returns, so please choose carefully.
How do I lodge my return?
Email dustndieselaus@gmail.com to let us know the reason you would like to return your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is customer borne and non refundable. We recommend keeping your tracking details as Dust N Diesel are not liable for returns lost in transit. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item - we will bear the return shipping cost.

Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed once it has reached our returns address.
Can I exchange my item for another size?
At this time we are unable to offer exchanges due to low stock levels. However, you are more than welcome to repurchase your item in another size with your store credit!
My item is faulty/incorrect, what do I do?
Firstly we are so sorry about this! We pride ourselves on quality control across all of our stock. If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email us at dustndieselaus@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate this and assist you further.
